Hello NACE Members and friends,

What a fabulous time we had at the Annual Dine Around Nace Meeting on June 3^rd when we celebrated the 50^th Birthday of the National Association of Catering Executives and visited the sites of 3 new members. I would like to extend a special thank you to the Sourdough Mining Company, the Embassy Suites and the downtown Marriott for their gracious hospitality. As well to Becky at Evalyns Floral, Lori and Bob from Café D’Arte and Alaska Restaurant Equipment, Cindy Marshall from Doyon Universal Services and Horizon’s Café and Gordon from IMIG Audio Video. Without their hard work, dedication to NACE and gracious donations, the night would not have been the success it was. As well, we were graced with the presence of our Regional VP of NACE Gil Hall. Thanks to all.

Our Programs are very exciting this year with a full education schedule in place. We intend to have a successful year of personal and professional growth.  We will not meet in July but in August is our Education Conference in Philadelphia and our monthly meeting on the 25^th.

The Future of Catering and Event Design where catering professionals from all areas of the continent will gather in Philadelphi a to learn more about the ever changing trends that affect the catering and event industry.  This is also a landmark year for NACE as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of NACE in Philadelphi a. 

Take a moment to mark your calendars for the 4^th Monday of nearly every month to invest in your education, personal growth and success by attending the local chapter meetings.  Being a member of NACE affords us the opportunity to better ourselves and build strong business relationships with peers in the industry.  We welcome your ideas, input and most of all, proactive involvement. Thank you for your continued support.
