The Mission of The Foundation of NACE is: "To provide predictable funding for
specific educational initiatives identified by the membership".
In 1985, NACE created the Foundation of NACE to further the association's
positive impact in educating future catering professionals at the university
level. The Foundation remains committed to educational initiatives such as the
Catering Research Institute, education at the national conferences as well as
educational opportunities offered both regionally and at the local chapter
level.
A new year begins and as a professional of the catering industry, you strive
to do even better in 2008. A great way of developing yourself in both personal
